We are located in Cherry Hill – Route 70, near Camden Community College . We strive to deliver exceptional physical therapy by making our services available and accessible to our patients nearby, within their communities. We love being close to our patients!
When should you see us?
You can give us a call or you can click the "Request an Appointment" button above. One of our friendly patient coordinators will respond quickly to your request and confirm your appointment time at our clinic. At our clinic, we go out of our way to make your physical rehabilitation and recovery a great experience. You can see us with or without a prescription from your doctor! If you see us first, we can provide you with a complimentary injury screening or refer you to a great physician, if necessary. We know your time is valuable, so to make you wait as little as possible we even offer appointments within 24 hours of your first phone call. We'll also do everything in our power to accommodate your busy schedule.

I have had an amazing experience at Excel, Mike is a great therapist. After back surgery and complications after, I started physical therapy here and after only a short time am back to doing everything I did pre-injury and then some. I haven't felt this good in years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend them to anyone!

Brian and Mike are outstanding and dynamic therapists, hands on and responsive to changes and improvements in my hip, back and foot. The environment that they have created between therapist and patients makes therapy fun, we are always having laughs while being kept on our toes. I look forward to turning up every session. Who ever thought that the road to recovery could be enjoyable? When we get injured we often wonder if recovery will ever come. We allow ourselves to think negatively. Throughout the year I spent at excel receiving treatment for both my initial injury and new ones that would pop up here and there, I truly enjoyed my time. Now, don't get me wrong, there were some painful stretches or workouts in the beginning; however, never once did I doubt my recovery. Mike and the Excel team in Cherry Hill are not only some of the most knowledgeable physical therapists I have ever met, but they are also the most genuine, empathetic, caring, and absolutely hilarious people I have ever met. Even if I was in pain all day, and dragged myself to therapy with a cloud of negativity floating over me, I would be greeted with a crowd of smiles—some of which were even from the other patients! To have total strangers— not just the therapists assigned to you— greeting you and catching up with you despite their own pain…showed me just how much of a loving community Excel is, and that I was a part of it.Mike has been one of the most supportive people throughout my year of recovery, having focused not just on my injury, but on my lifestyle at the time and the lifestyle I wanted for myself. He worked on my injuries, yes, but all the while was helping me strengthen the rest of my body to be able to leave Excel at the end of my year so that future injuries would not be as common (and with me they were always quite common!). Now I'm not afraid to hike or bike, climb or swim, jump on a trampoline, or even lift a box, which were all things that were hard. These are now activities or tasks that I don't shy away from and it is all thanks to Mike and the Excel crew. I cannot thank them enough and will continue to hold them all in my heart, always. Highly recommend Excel for your PT needs. Justin did a great job helping me with persistent knee pain I was experiencing, and we were able to get great results in just a few months. During each visit I was also able to ask questions about related issues in the hips and back, and the team was always happy to answer my questions and provide additional exercises. I learned a lot about how the body works, and am feeling much better. Thanks again!

Excel PT was recommended by my orthopedist. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I went during COVID-19 and felt very safe. Everyone wore masks and was screened at the door. Equipment was wiped down between patients. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda!! She was my therapist and is very personable, extremely knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns. I had several foot fractures and don't think I could have recovered as well without her! I've been to another physical therapy center before but Excel stands out because they also use some alternative therapies to address pain and help healing. I observed they used cupping with other patients who seemed to benefit from it. Amanda used the Graston method for me to help with pain. I have not seen either of these used elsewhere in a medical setting. The Graston method really worked! If you are looking for an excellent experience, I highly recommend Excel Cherry Hill. The first time you go, if you can't find the place, drive under the arch inside the shopping center and you will see the building on your left side.

The team at Excel was nothing but polite and helpful to me. I never had any problems with anything there and they always worked around my busy schedule. I was back to 100% without cutting any corners in no time at all. If I ever am injured again I will surely be coming back!

Brian and Anthony have had to work hard over the last 2 years to earn this google review! But yesterday, I graduated...finally!!All jokes aside, I would be broken in SO many ways without Excel Cherry Hill. These PTs have gotten me through multiple injuries - a broken ankle, a back/hip injury, a long road with post concussion syndrome, and most recently a shoulder dislocation and labrum tear. They have also gotten me through many life events over the course of two years!I have spent 2-3 nights a week at Excel for the last 2 years and I wouldn't trade a second of it. Brian and Anthony are experts. They take as much time as you need, explain things to you in as much detail as you would like, and truly make you feel like the most important person in the world. Clearly in my time there, I spent time with ALL of the PTs and staff. Mike, Amanda, Rob, and Mary have all contributed to my positive review. Never once did I have or witness a negative experience or interaction.The whole crew is a pleasure to work with. I honestly know that I will miss my time spent at Physical Therapy and with this crew. But we all know, I am likely to fall or have a freak accident again soon!!Bottom line - have an injury, a chronic issue, or recovering from surgery? GO TO EXCEL PT CHERRY HILL!

Excel therapy is an excellent place to rehab a joint or muscle and do away with a surgery that may not be needed. The staff is excellent and provide you with the needed program to get you on your feet again without surgery.
I absolutely love this place! Anthony is an expert on healing concussions and vertigo symptoms. He also specializes in treating jaw/mouth issues, amputees, and other injuries. I spent six months here in recovery from a concussion, and am so thankful to have found Excel. If you want the proper care, attention, and professionalism, this is the place for you. Everyone is great here--super friendly and a lot fun!

Excel Physical Therapy in Cherry Hill is the BEST! I was in a MVA back in March, and the type of care I received from the whole staff especially Michael exceeded my expectations. The environment is very fun/ friendly, which made the whole experience that much better , since I was a bit hesitant- being my first time going to PT. Michael is very personable, knowledable, works with you every step of the way, answers any doubts or questions I may've had; and got me to 100% recovery in almost 2 months. I would recommend Michael to anyone!

Very pleased with this facility. They really care about your progress. Was at a previous PT for many months and this place is superior by far. I have balance and foot issues. They listen and work with me three times a week.

This is the place to go when you need PT. They are hands on! I have had PT there for knee replacement for both my knees. You want your life back you need to go there! I can't even begin to tell you how great they are. From scheduling appointments to total recovery. I had my first knee replacement 3 years ago and my second in February. I have 138 ROM in both knees, and living pain free, and enjoying my life again, believe me I could not have done it without the dedication of these therapist from this facility. I have had PT with other facilities before and nothing compares . Bryan strives to see you walk in with a walker day 7 post op and walk out when you complete your PT like you never had it done. I am so grateful! On days that I wanted to give up and cry all the therapist would rallying to keep me upbeat and push forward. It was a difficult recovery but thanks to all of them especially Bryan I was able to achieve the best outcome. They are the best!Cindy D.
Excel is a well run PT shop. The folks at the front desk are friendly, engaging, and extremely helpful. They have all the equipment necessary to address the patient's needs. Top notch.Most of my sessions were with Anthony. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. His game plan for my treatment was extensive and well planned and thought out. I would strongly recommend Anthony as a total professional. He is the best.

I actually looked forward to my therapy sessions because the atmosphere was so friendly. The work done for my knee was stellar and they were able to work with my schedule to get me in when it was convenient for me. I hope to never need to go back, but it would be an easy choice if I did.

Great staff. The actual physical therapist spent a lot more time directly with me. More than some other offices I have been to. You can't get Graston from an assistant. Brian Hyrnczyszyn is a fabulous practioner. Thank you!

I can't say enough positive things about Excel Physical Therapy at the Cherry Hill location. Everyone at Excel is compassionate, hard-working, and patient. Rob at the front desk is a huge help in regards to scheduling and answering insurance questions. Personally, I have been working with Brian for an extended period of time. Brian is friendly, out-going, and most importantly, he does not give up on his patients. He will continue finding solutions and brainstorming ideas even when new issues arise. On a few occasions I also had the opportunity to work with Gabe who is wonderful as well. I owe all of my progress and success to Brian and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Excel to anyone.

This is my 3rd time using Excel. I recently had a total knee replacement and started my therapy with Brian about 2 weeks after surgery. I was nervous about therapy with my new knee. I was immediately put at ease by Brian who assured me I will be back to my work and back to my activities within a short time. I have completed 4 weeks of therapy and am feeling so much better and am able to do my more of my usual activities at home. I will soon be back to work. I recommend Excel to everyone I know.

Anthony did an excellent job getting me back to normal. This location is also located inside a gym, which is a plus if you want to utilize some of the equipment during your rehab. All the staff are friendly and accommodating, including Rob, who's a beast at the billing! Would recommend this to anyone looking for PT in South Jersey.

Brian was outstanding. Had ACL, LCL replacements. He went the extra mile, like a friend would. My knee is strong. He was a professional start to finish!
Today I am stronger because of Brian and cannot speak highly enough of him. He has worked very very hard to help me feel better and return to my daily activities.

I was hesitant about doing physical therapy I am not going to lie. Speaking to the staff making the first appointment, they were very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. You don't have to worry about forgetting your appointment you will get a text reminder which is wonderful. Gabe is wonderful, he modifies your needs to get you where you have to be! They are wonderful!
If you want to get back to 100 percent or better come here. Brian and the rest of the staff are amazing i tore my acl and now im faster and stronger than ever! Even my doctor was extremely impressed with my recovery. Dont settle for being able to get back to work, strive to be better come to excel.
